Wondering where our meat comes from?
We have spent a good deal of time talking to suppliers, looking at their produce and provenance to pick what we think is the best for our menu.
BEEF – sourced from Dedham Vale, Essex and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. Gorgeous! The beef in Ealing is halal.
LAMB – sourced from Westmill Farm in Hertfordshire and Launceston in Cornwall and is Halal.
CHICKEN – all our chicken meets Red tractor standard, is Halal and comes from Banham in Norfolk.
PORK – all our pork is free range and comes from Eye in Suffolk.
HOT DOGS – all our hot dogs are made from pure beef, are Halal, gluten free, and made and smoked in Buckinghamshire.

¨Friendly staff and good food. Chicken Parmesan and sweet potato fries were really good. Light and open which was a nice change from the traditional dark pub.¨

We were eagerly awaiting the arrival of our metal canopy for the kitchen… but it went up in flames a few days ago when the metalwork factory in Tottenham burnt down!
Six fire engines and 35 firefighters fought the blaze at Archway Sheet Metal Works, in Paxton Road, for almost three hours on 25th November.
This does affect our planned opening which was this weekend as we need the canopy to operate the extraction over the grills in the kitchen. We’re making other plans and will let you know the next opening date when we have it!

In keeping with our great new pop meets industrial look, we wanted some fantastic artwork on our walls.
We can’t reveal the whole look yet but we can give you a sneak preview.
To add to the ambience of the place we spent a long time finding exactly the lights we wanted – they are amazing!

All the team at Flaming Cow would like to thank our many many supporters for helping us get our various planning and licence applications finally approved. They have delayed the launch somewhat and we are saddened that residents have objected to what we are doing here without fully understanding our ethos or operations. But the good news is we can go ahead and prove to them that we are conscientious members of this local community, providing jobs and services that people enjoy using.
Here’s to the opening in a few weeks’ time. See you there!

Whilst we’ve been busy creating Flaming Cow, our chef and owner have been racing around exploring the wonderful world of drinks – we have been looking for drinks that not only taste great but have that pop culture look and feel that go well with our own brand style. And are going to excite our customers.
After much searching we have narrowed down our favourites including these – A & W cream soda and root beer, WU Gang Chops the Tree foraged herb Hefeweisse and Beavertown Gamma Ray American Pale Ale.
We’ve also made up some amazingly brilliant Hardshakes (milkshakes for adults) as well as a small but really well thought out selection of wines. You’ll need to come and try the lot to make an informed decision (like we did!).
