Food provenance at Flaming Cow

Wondering where our meat comes from?

We have spent a good deal of time talking to suppliers, looking at their produce and provenance to pick what we think is the best for our menu.

BEEF – sourced from Dedham Vale, Essex and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. Gorgeous! The beef in Ealing is halal.

LAMB – sourced from Westmill Farm in Hertfordshire and Launceston in Cornwall and is Halal.

CHICKEN – all our chicken meets Red tractor standard, is Halal and comes from Banham in Norfolk.

PORK – all our pork is free range and comes from Eye in Suffolk.

HOT DOGS – all our hot dogs are made from pure beef, are Halal, gluten free, and made and smoked in Buckinghamshire.
