A few of our gluten free favourites on our latest menu have to be…
Chicken tenders, buffalo wings, the incredible pizza fries, cheese fries, sweet potato fries and house fries! And our burgers? Well, all you need to do is choose your favourite and request for it to be gluten free! It’s just that simple.
And who could forget our delicious gluten free beer Celia – it’s Czech and it’s organic! It just keeps getting better at Flaming Cow!!

Great food, beer and atmosphere but to top all that they are completely coeliac friendly and even provide gluten free buns as well as burgers, fries and ribs!, the whole family love it and have been back several times.

Eating out for my family is challenging – we have a 6 year old coeliac daughter and a 8 year old diary/ egg allergic son. However, the Flaming Cow were amazing and catered for us brilliantly.
My daughter could choose a large selection of the normal menu and just swap the bun (Why don’t more restaurants do that??) and my son thoroughly enjoyed his burger & chips.
The portions are huge, all reasonably priced and the food tastes FANTASTIC.
Above all though, the staff were really attentive & helpful and actually didn’t make us feel uncomfortable about attempting to eat out with our kids, which for us is half the battle! Well done & thank you Flaming Cow. I only wished we lived closer….

Wonderful setting right next to the bridge in Eton fantastic food & not over complicated menu & Good staff always helpful and a great head chef always caters for your needs.
